It gladdens our hearts @Jason Charity Support Foundation to encourage the younger generations in their educational careers. We set out on the morning of October 8, 2021 to Government Secondary School, Lugbe, Abuja, where we distributed school materials to over 300 students.
We had an interesting engagement with the SSS3 students being the cynosure of today’s outreach. We talked about the importance of higher education, the syndrome of the popular saying: “school na scam”, social influence, our free online tutorial in preparation for their WASSCE/UTME, among many others.
As expected, we were thinking the students would be falling asleep or cause commotion doing our talk with them. Surprisingly, they were very interested in the talk, highly motivated, and intellectually engaged. No wonder we had a number of students lining up to ask us questions, to which we gladly provided answers to.
